Daddy and I got the biggest scare of our lives but we are fine

The DC area just had a 5.9 earthquake and it scared the crap out of me and daddy. I was lucky I was in daddy's arms because the 11th floor of our building was rocking and rolling- lots of things falling over.
Once daddy got me settled down, he had to clean up the kitchen- broken wine bottle. I guess there are pieces of broken glass EVERYWHERE because thats all I heard him keep saying. It stinks of wine in the apartment so we are going outside for awhile.

Olivia's first Birthday party-

A busy past week

It's been a busy past week for us. First, mommy's co-workers had a little baby shower luncheon last week. I recieved some great gifts- clothes, books, gift cards, toys, and baby sign language. Then, daddy drove mommy and me up to NH to see his family and friends. Also, we were able to go to my friend Olivia's first birthday party- so much fun and great food for mommy and daddy. And finally, I celebrated turning three months old last weekend too.

This past weekend Grandpa and Grandma Dewitt came up from South Carolina to see me and help set up mommy and daddys new place. They also took care of me while mommy and daddy went out on a date.

Today, daddy and I went to go visit his Uncle Paul, and his cousin Becca, her husband James, and little Ms. Piper. It was so good to see all of them and to meet daddy's family. I look forward to going up to celebrate Piper's 2nd birthday next month.

This past weekend mommy and daddy set up my activity mat and it is so much fun to lay on and check everything out. Lights, music, and hanging toys- so much to entertain me!
