and finally, mommy and daddy took me to a barbecue festival in downtown DC this past weekend-

I'm getting bigger

I had a check-up with my doctor yesterday, and I'm up to 9 pounds and a half ounce. That puts me up to the 50th percentile for weight, and my doctor is really happy with that. I also grew an inch, so now I am 21 inches long.

Back in Arlington

What a crazy last 18 days its been. Mommy and daddy took me down to south carolina to see grandpa and grandma, and aunt whit, and to show me off to everyone they know. I did great in the car ride down- I slept the whole way down. Mommy had to wake me up to feed me. When we arrived at grandpa and grandma's house, they were standing ourside with aunt whit waiting to get me out of my car seat so they could fight over who was going to hold me.(They kept arguing over me for all 18 days!)
I met my great-grandma and great-grandpa. My great-grandma was so excited to see me. She loved everytime I visited her, and could not wait to hold me.

My great-aunt Cindy came up to see me too-

I met alot of mommys friends too. 'Auntie' Lauren came and took professional pictures of me- my first photo shoot!! Mommy is excited to see those pictures. Unfortunately, mommy forgot to take pictures of me and Lauren.

Daddys computer just died, so more pictures will be posted when he gets a new battery later this week.
